We also participate in the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty program, adding value to your new home and providing that extra amount of protection to your investment.  You can rest assured that your new home has a 1 year workmanship, 2 year systems and 10 year structural warranty beginning on the day of closing. To qualify for this warranty, we had to meet a strict set of guidelines. This type of warranty is not offered to just any builder.

In addition Jules will visit your job site on a regular basis to take photos that you request so that you can have a chronological pectoral of the construction of your home.
